2. Our Services
We provide printer repairs, photocopier repairs, managed print services, printer rentals, IT support, computer repairs, plotter repairs, Cyber Essentials certification support, Epson Heat-Free printer solutions, and related business technology services across Northern Ireland.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes from the original quotation.
4. Service Delivery
We aim to provide all services within agreed timeframes. For repair services, our standard response time is same-day or next business day across Northern Ireland. Managed service contracts are governed by the specific terms within each contract agreement.
5. Warranty
Repair services carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour from the date of completion. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not extend to pre-existing issues, user damage, or normal wear and tear.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and direct debit for recurring services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost profits or data, except where caused by our negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is owned by PCR Business Solutions or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Website Use
